2. Description

   The FlipStars Gym Party reservation agreement is good for the designated area only.  All rentals must be paid at the time of reservation.  There will be NO refunds.  All areas are subject to availability and restricted times.  Renters assume responsibility for care, clean up, and condition of the area.  Party time includes clean up, renter is responsible for being cleaned up by the end of their designated time. Chairs and tables will be made available to the renter.

    1. Package A: 1 hour in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room, $75

    1. Package B: 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room, $100

    Submitting this form does NOT guarantee your rental. You will receive an email or phone call from one of our staff members to confirm your rental. Rental will NOT be final until the reservation fee is received. Payment can be taken over the phone by calling us at 815-844-6818, by stopping into the Rec Center at 900 N.
