    This combo Fitness class is a combination of challenging exercises which includes stability balls, weight training, toning, body weight exercises, step aerobics, kettlebells and cardio. Each week will be a variety of the above exercises targeting every part of the body. Come join this fun anything goes exercise class. It will get your heart rate up and your sweat rolling.

    Interested in Pickleball, come by the Rec-Center and join the fun with indoor Pickleball. We have 3 courts, and all equipment that you need is provided to you. It's a great way to meet new people!
