Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working from top to bottom - biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and a special concentration on the midsection. Come prepared to build your strength, stamina, agility, and a positive outlook on exercise!

    Join Lisa for a refreshing alternative to land aerobics. By using the natural resistance of the water, this class offers participants both cardiovascular and muscular gains. A new element added to the class is"Liquid Toning" which uses power tubing to add more resistance to your workout and provide even greater strength gains.
