It's a truly inspiring experience that will drive amazing results. Users will be surrounded by concert-venue lighting, sound, and projections. The Community Recreation Center at 900 N. Elm Street offers two Les Mills Virtual Fitness rooms: the Fitness Theater and Cycle Studio.
Les Mills Fitness Theater
Inside the Fitness Theater, you will find equipment such as Les Mills Smartbars, weight plate sets, Smartsteps, Smartbands, and yoga mats. See this equipment in action here! Our Les Mills Fitness Theater offers six different types of fitness classes with numerous sessions in each class. Classes include:
Body Pump
The original barbell class that challenges all your major muscle groups using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Body Pump is available in 30 and 55 minute sessions.
CX Worx
The 30 minute core training class that tightens and tones the abs, glutes, back and obliques, improves functional strength, and assists in injury prevention like nothing else on the market.
Body Combat
A fiercely energetic and empowering martial arts-based cardio workout supported by driving music and powerful role model instructions. Body Combat is available in 30 and 55 minute sessions.
Body Balance
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Body Balance is available in 30 and 55 minute sessions.
Sh'Bam
The ultimate fun and sociable way for exercise. This 45 minute class feature chart-topping popular hits and simple but seriously hot dance moves, making it the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star.
Born to Move
Take the effort out of activity by making it fun. Combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of age-appropriate movement with music, these classes captivate toddlers through teens - and fuel a life-long love of physical activity along the way.
Les Mills Cycle Studio
Our Les Mills Cycle Studio offers two types of fitness classes with numerous sessions in each class. Classes include:
RPM
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the medals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to life your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
Sprint
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
