On Saturdays and Sundays during the tourist season (April-October), the Pontiac Jolly Trolley offers a free guided tour to most of the city's major attractions.  The trolley runs on Saturdays between 11 am and 3 pm, and on Sundays between Noon and 3 pm.  The main boarding location for the trolley is at the Illinois Route 66 Hall of Fame & Museum - 120 West Howard Street.  Each tour takes approximately 30 minutes and passengers can "hop-on" or "hop-off" along the route as needed.   

The Pontiac Tourism Office works diligently to accommodate all requests made by groups for private guided tours.  However, manpower, equipment, and time limitations may prohibit us from meeting every request.  If you have a group of more than 10 and would like to plan a guided tour, please contact us.
