This is a great opportunity to meet new seniors. Card games are spades, 500, hearts, euchre and more. Coffee is provided. Come out and have some fun!

Body Toning for Seniors**
September 12th - October 17th

Get the results you want at the speed you desire!  Designed for older adults who would like a slower-paced workout yet effective, "Body Toning" will improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with a workout that employs tools such as lightweight dumbbells, concentrated movements, and your own body resistance!  Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working from top to bottom - biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and a special concentration on the midsection.  Come  prepared to build your strength, stamina, agility, and a positive outlook on exercise!

Join the fun for a chance to win great prizes and enjoy free snacks an drinks at the Eagle Theater!  Several games will be played and winners of each round win prizes!

Humiston Woods Adventure
October 10th
1:00 - 3:00 pm
$5.00 per person

Take a trolley ride to Humiston Woods where there will be activities, a guest speaker, food, and conversation galore.  Come view some of the beauty nature ha to offer just outside of Pontiac!
