Come join this Boot Camp as we mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. It is a great way to burn lots of calories and work your whole body in a short period of time. boot Camp fat, gets you fit and challenges your mind asd well as your body!

Wednesday Yoga

July 18, 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM @ Pontiac Rec-Center

Join Diane peterson, a yoga registered and ACE Certified personal trainer in a workout for individuals of all ages. Yoga is a ancient discipline that teaches personal development to balance your body, mind and spirit. You will learn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, increase muscular strength and flaxibility.

Total Cardio and Thai Boxing

July 18, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Pontiac Rec-Center

Joe Richardson's Total Cardio and Thai Boxing class is designed to give participants and intense workout. Circuit training and practice drills keep your body moving and heart rate up throughout the entire workout to rev-up your metabolism and burn calories. Participants should have their own hand wraps and boxing gloves for sanitary purposes. These can be purchased at Wal-Mart. Participants must have a pass or pay drop-in fee for each class.

Coach Tour Visit

July 18 - July 19 @ Downtown Pontiac

A coach bus tour will be in Pontiac with John Weiss as tourguide. An overnight stay is planned.

POCI Group Visit

July 18, All Day @ Downtown Pontiac and POAM

A group which will be attending the National POCI convention in St. Charles, IL, will be making a day trip to Pontiac to visit the Pontiac-Oakland Automobile Museum.
