Beginner Yoga

Join Diane Peterson, a yoga registered and ACE Certified personal trainer in a workout for all ages and abilities. This class is especially for beginners, but all levels will be given attention. Yoga is a ancient discipline that teaches personal development to balance your body, mind and spirit. You will learn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, increase muscular strength and flexibility. Participants must have a pass or pay the drop-in fee for the facility.

Coach Bus Tour

A coach bus tour will be in Pontiac. They will have lunch and a show at Vermillion Players Theatre in Chautauqua Park.

Hang Loose Car Show and Pontiac Cruise Night
