  1. Zumba with Toning

    September 24, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Pontiac Rec-Center

    Zumba with 20 minutes of Zumba Toning included!! This class will combine high cardio Zumba moves with body sculpting, toning and strength training techniques using low pound weights. Combine Zumba and Zumba Toning in a hour hour class! If you don't want to pick up weights you don't have to. Any weights will work or you can purchase Maraca-like weights that enhance your fun and rhythm from the instructor!

    Yoga is an ancient discipline that teaches development to balance your body, mind, and spirit. You will learn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, increase muscular strength, and flexibility. When you practice yoga you will discover the amazing ability of the body to move, balance, lift, support and see that you transcend the body and the mind to the place of being.

    Joe Richardson's Total Cardio Thai Boxing class is designed to give participants and intense workout. Circuit training and practice drills keep your body moving and heart rate up throughout the entire workout to rev-up your metabolism and burn calories. participants should have their own hand wraps and boxing gloves for sanitary purposes. These can be purchased at Wal-Mart.
