Join us as we walk to fight cancer. This is a fun and exciting event that you, your family, and your friends can come out to watch or participate. Their support will help us to raise funds to fight back against cancer. There will be survivor celebrations, luminaria lit in honor of family or friends who have experienced cancer, food available, and more.

Beginner Yoga

Join Diane Peterson, a yoga registered and ACE Certified personal trainer in a workout for all ages and abilities. This class is especially for beginners, but all levels will be given attention. Yoga is a ancient discipline that teaches personal development to balance your body, mind and spirit. You will learn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, increase muscular strength and flexibility.
